All of the items listed in this project are things that are going to give my students the choice of where to sit in the classroom. These will help them feel comfortable while working to help them succeed and enjoy what they are doing. Instead of just sitting at their desk like in most classrooms, my students will get the option of getting out of their seat to sit somewhere where they can focus better as long as their are responsible enough to handle it. The stools, wobble seats, and floor pads will give my students the option of getting out of their desks and moving somewhere else in the classroom to work. They are 6 and 7 years old and need to move! Sitting all day long in a chair at a desk or table is alot to ask of a little kid. Giving them options to move and something fun to sit on changes things up a little bit which often times helps them focus more. I feel like these items will make a difference in the lives of the students I have that just cant sit still(and can't help it). This way they feel comfortable moving around while working and learning instead of feeling like they have to sit and do their work when they can't sit still to focus.
