My twenty-two first graders come from a variety of different backgrounds, ethnicities, and previous learning experiences. I am looking to further their learning experiences this year by incorporating iPads into their math stations. They are all very excited to be in first grade and be learning everything this year. They love to learn by collaborating and trying new things during their time in math class. Please consider helping my students learn more through the use of technology. Students in this generation are learning far more through the integration of technology. They show increased engagement and the learning comes much faster. The applications that can be put on an iPad allow the students to be learning through the use of games and not realize the skills that they are learning.
