Research states that students get better at a subject by doing one thing: practice. Unfortunately, students who come from unfortunate backgrounds are unable to access technology and practice skills on a daily basis. Sometimes, in the school setting, students are not able to use technology daily due to lack of resources and scheduling. Giving my 3rd-grade students the opportunity to use innovative technology daily will help them to be prepared for 21st-century careers in the STEM fields. With the help and use of technology in my classroom, more students will be able to practice skills daily.
