• Bold Masterpieces Need Bold Markers

  Thank you so much for donating to our classroom. We are so appreciative of your generosity. The students have been able to bring their worksheets to vibrant masterpieces pieces. They enjoy working with their new markers. They are taking care of them. They are creating awesome works of art. Without the kind hearts from our donors this would not be possible.

  The students were so excited to see that the markers were donated to our classroom!! I was so shocked how quickly it was fulfilled.

• Please Bring Color Back to our Projects

  I am so incredibly grateful for your generosity. I am floored. I would not be successful and provide the necessities and extras my students deserve without the help of the donors. My students are so fortunate to have people who are kind hearted and selfless to cheer for them along the distant sidelines.

  The printer that was donated needed ink. I wanted to purchase the ink myself, but knew that was not a possibility right now. I turned to the donors of Donor's Choose and they did not let me down.

  The ink is so important especially because we have a copier to share with the entire staff. It is not always working. The printer has come in clutch many times.

  The bulletin boards are looking better than ever. I feel so proud hanging up their assignments. They also feel a sense of pride seeing their papers up there.”

• Creating Memories

  The items that I requested may seem small but it wasn't at all. The laminating sheets are key for preserving class materials and projects. The laminator has been an essential item in our class.

  The students were given winter hats and gloves. I wanted to give them to the students the way they should have received it. I have 3 classes of students so for me to purchase the bags was something I could not do financially. With the help of the donors, this was possible. The gift bags in this donation (and tissue paper in another) allowed me to present these gifts in their true value. The students got to decorate their own bag but they didn't know what was going in them.

  I thank you from the bottom of my heart. These students are so lucky to have you to be there to support them. A little goes a long way. We appreciate everything that was donated to us. My students LOVED receiving their winter necessities.”

• Winter Necessities

  You cannot believe the look on my students' faces when we gifted them their hats and gloves. Their faces lit up. I did tell them that this was not from me. These winter necessities came from our everyday heroes, the donors. They could not believe that people who never met them before were so generous and thoughtful. It truly was such a gift to see them be so appreciative. I am so honored to be someone the donors donated to. These students will remember this time. They may not remember my name or what grade they received those hats and gloves, but they will always remember how they felt.”

• A Balance of Organization, Fun and Learning!

  The students were SO excited to get the chair pockets! Once I told them the project has been funded, they asked me each day when we will get them. Luckily it did not take long to ship! Our desks are textbook free when we aren't using them. The students have their entire desk to work on. The containers are keeping my materials organized and dry! I put the extra chair covers in there right away.

  The students were surprised on Monday morning. I put all the covers on the chairs and the books inside of them. They all said, "Wow!" They couldn't believe how quickly they came and how much it made the classroom look organized. They are so excited to play with the STEM set. That is something new I have never had in my classroom.

  Right now in class, the students are writing a nonfiction narrative. They are writing about their favorite memory. Many students have a hard time writing but few finish quickly. I will be able to have the new STEM building set by the NEW Dr. Seuss books for them to use! I have a corner of Dr. Seuss Books, with stuffed toys of Horton and The Cat in the Hat. It will be nice to allow students to have the educational freedom within my classroom. Again, words will never truly tell you how thankful I am that you donated to our classroom. It is so appreciated.”

• Making a Classroom a Home

  Thank you so much for the materials donated to my classroom. My students are so thankful for your generosity. It was so heartwarming to see their reaction when I told them we were fully funded and showed them the items!!!

  We have been so blessed to have strangers believe in us. The students are taking care of the items we were given. It is great to see how well they take care of the headphones, markers, crayons, and how they put everything back where it belongs. My students love creating projects and bringing their drawings to life with color. Most students this year did not come to school the first day of school with their materials.

  This was a great help. We are looking to do our first project for Thanksgiving with our new laminator. The printer has been a HUGE help. Our school's copier is not reliable and I am unable to print material out. With our printer, not only can I print it out, but it can also be in color. I have the best bulletin boards in our school too! Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

  You have definitely warmed my heart with your generosity. My students shine brighter knowing they are loved and cared for by others. They are grateful for each of our donors and their donations. Our classroom is becoming the classroom these students deserve.

  The items we received aid our growth and give us a sense of pride in our classroom.

  Also, my students will have the materials necessary for success because of your big hearts. Believe it or not, strong tape is a HUGE item. I love decorating the room with their work and anchor charts. With the strong tape, it is able to stay up all year!

• Rebuilding, Refocusing and Reuniting for Success

  Thank you so much for your donations. Your donations brought my children happiness and readiness. They appreciate your generosity. They were in SHOCK when they saw all the materials that I had for them. They were loving their decorated classroom. The headphones helped them excel in their reading intervention programs.

  Unfortunately, these students will be going on to fourth grade and I will no longer have them as students, but with your kindness, it taught them a lot of things. It taught them that being prepared matters, determination is key for success and having a strong mindset is important for all aspects in their life.

  The students did make cards for their donors. Many of the cards expressed gratitude especially since their families couldn't afford these materials for them. So, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you.”
