As a high school math teacher, I am constantly collecting, reviewing, and providing written feedback on student work. When this work is submitted digitally, it is very difficult to provide students with meaningful feedback directly on their submitted work. Having a touch-screen tablet will allow me to seamlessly collect and return student work in an efficient and organized manner, providing my students with immediate feedback and propelling the learning process forward. Instead of collecting paper copies of assignments, my students are required to submit work digitally by uploading photos of their mathematical calculations and the only way to provide feedback to students is to write directly on their uploaded work, and without a touchscreen and stylus, this is not possible for me to accomplish.
