STEM During Recess?!
Funded Jun 27, 2023Thank you so much for your kind donation! My students are absolutely loving the new inside recess "tools". We call them tools because they use them to build and be creative. It is so fun to see them using their imagination and story telling with one another.
Some of the items we received were big Legos, K'Nex, Magna tiles, and more. They were very excited when I pulled them out for recess as opposed to just regular blocks or play doh. (Don't get me wrong, they still love play doh).
I hope to use our new tools to create a STEM like environment with my students.”

Reading Is Decodable F-U-N!
Funded Feb 7, 2020We absolutely love our new reading tools! We were able to use them a bit after receiving them, before we had to resort to online learning. We were also able to use them throughout some of our online learning, which was very useful!
As the new year begins, I look forward to using these reading tools with a new group of kiddos that I know are just as eager to learn!! Decoding CVC words is something we focus on a lot in kindergarten :)
We teachers could not do what we do without the help of our community and loved ones. Thank you so much for everything you do!”

Mrs. Cromwell
Math+Fun=Learning For All!
Funded Mar 4, 2020We are so excited to use our new math tools in our class! I know that these tools will make an impact on my students' lives, as hands on activities are the best for our kindergarteners!
Unfortunately, COVID has prevented us from being as hands on as we would like. That DOES NOT meant we won't use our new math items, it just means we have to be safer when using them.
Thank you to all who donated. We teachers could not do what we do without the support of friends, family, and many others. I hope everyone stays safe!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Cromwell
This classroom project was brought to life by A group of anonymous donors and 7 other donors.A Comfy Gathering Place for Everyone to Meet!
Funded Jun 28, 2017First off, I just want to say thank you so much for your love and support of my classroom. The new rug absolutely ties the room together for the perfect learning space! We use the rug to sit as a whole group during instructional time for at least half of the day! We sing songs, dance, and read on the rug every day.
The students love the tree design! They each have their own leaf and take turns sitting on the trunk. They love laying on it to read and put together puzzles. They tell me it is very comfy! (And it is!)
As of right now, I do not have another specific project in mind, but I will be using this process again as it was deemed very successful, thanks to all of you! I hope to have all of your support again with the next one! Thank you again, so so much!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Cromwell
