My students are all ELL's making it a challenge at an early age to learn concepts. I teach elementary students that all receive reduced or free lunch. There are many things that my classroom can use in order for me to create a rich learning environment that fosters cooperative learning and tolerance! Although my students come from poverty, many of them view school as a safe place to come to learn. It is a place to escape their life struggles. I would love to give them a safe and nurturing learning environment filled with items which will increase their desire and ability to creatively learn!
