I have a self contained classroom for 2-3 grade students that experience moderate to severe disabilities. The students are functioning below grade level but are exposed to academics, functional and life skills. They have the amazing opportunity of being mainstreamed into the general education environment as much as possible. Our classroom has a service dog Astro, he helps build a bridge between my students and their typical peers.

About my class
