Funded May 1, 2023Our students are so grateful that their voices can now be heard! These microphones will make lessons smoother and more productive, as students are able to share their ideas clearly with their classmates. And, they will feel like movie stars and gain confidence speaking to a group. Thank you so much!”

Special Toys for Special Kids
Funded Feb 8, 2023Your heart would explode with absolute joy if you could see these children enjoying the materials you purchased for them. Every single day I walk into these classrooms and the puzzles, letter and number practice, sorting games, etc. are being used and loved and appreciated.
This donation has actually even had a positive impact on students' behavior, as students are more engaged and they want to earn time with their favorite activities.
I assure you that these materials will be embraced and appreciated for years to come. Thank you, again, for your kind hearts and generous donations.”

Making STEM Mobile
Funded Dec 5, 2022Since the arrival of our new mobile STEM carts, students are creating like crazy! Classrooms are constantly signing out the carts to bring to their classrooms to complete STEM challenges, freely build and explore, and use all the amazing materials we have to grow their minds!
A day doesn't go by that at least five students don't ask me when the STEM cart is coming to them next. We have one cart catered to grades K-2 and one for grades 3-5, but teachers can also come in and "shop" from our "STEM Salad Bar" and borrow specific materials that match what they are doing in class or could support a classroom project or idea.
We are so blessed to benefit from the generosity of donors like you. Thank you so very much.”

Funded Jun 2, 2022Thanks to you, we really did Play the Day Away! Our activity actually lasted a week as the weather didn't cooperate on our planned date, but that made it even more fun. Students from kindergarten through grade five flooded the schoolyard with bubbles and chalk and the giggles could be heard for miles.
It was fascinating to watch what kids can do when they are left to simply play- a prized moment in our otherwise hectic days of learning, learning, learning. There were students who shared that they had never blown bubbles before. I even had a child smuggle an extra bubble container to bring home to his older brother, who had also never done it.
I wish I had been able to snap a few pictures of our teachers lying on the ground drawing pictures and frolicking across the yard catching bubbles with their students. Their pure joy was also a sight to behold. No deadlines, no pressure, just fun.
Thank you for allowing our school community to let loose and enjoy this special day. We appreciate you.”

Funded Feb 18, 2022Your wonderful generosity helped to provide reusable storage bags for the 25 classrooms at my school. Teachers graciously accepted these tools to help them organize the materials for math centers for our new problem-based math program. This has allowed and inspired students to stay more organized and to take ownership of their materials resulting in materials lasting longer and staying in better condition.
In addition, teachers have been able to use the color-coding of these bags to differentiate instruction by content or learning level so students can always easily find their just-right activity to help them to practice or extend their current learning.
The cherry on top is that we are reducing waste in our already over-filled landfills by no longer wasting a large quantity of disposable plastic bags.
Thank you, again, for your support.”

Special Toys for Special Kids
Funded Oct 18, 2021The squeals of delight can be heard for miles. Our beautiful and very special kindergarten students now have appropriate equipment that is safe and stimulating for them to play their little hearts out. Located in our courtyard, our whole school community can enjoy these beauties smiling as they enjoy their outdoor time every day.
With your generosity, these students have a more supportive school and community for their growth and learning. The basketball hoop, slide, and tunnel are some of the favorite pieces, and are constantly in use. Thank you, wholeheartedly, for your support and contribution.”

Making Math Magic!
Funded Aug 11, 2021Your generosity has made a difference for the teachers and students at my school! From keeping all new teaching materials organized to creating brightly colored, durable games for students, the supplies and materials can be seen around the building.
As a teacher, we spend countless hours printing, cutting, and laminating materials to be used year after year. The cardstock and is a nice quality and it bright in color, and the games we print on it will last for yours to come, reducing the need to replace items as they become worn and therefore giving that time back to teachers to plan engaging lessons, analyze data, and meet student needs.
Thank you very much for your constant support of public school students and teachers. Together, we make a difference.”

We Want Them to WANT to Stay Organized!
Funded Aug 12, 2021Those folders flew out of my office on the first day of school! Teachers were so excited to offer their students a folder dedicated to math resources and collecting math work that they were knocking down my door to collect their supplies!
Teachers in my school dig very deep into their own personal pockets every single year and it was nice to be able to offer them the folders at no expense.
They have also used the colored file folders to organize their new math materials by unit as we implement a brand new math program. It is challenging to learn a new program, but with an organization system in place, it makes everything a bit easier.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity. It has made a difference.”

Funded Aug 17, 2021The dice you donated have been put to good use! We have a brand new math program, Illustrative Mathematics. There are many activities and games that require dot cubes and numbers cubes, and these supplies have been distributed to all classes that need them.
I was in a class recently that was playing a fluency game. They had to roll two 10-sided dice and either add to find the sum or subtract to find the difference. Then, they found that number on the gameboard, wrote the expression in the box, and drew a line on one edge of the game square. The partners continued to take turns solving expressions and drawing lines. Whichever player drew the fourth line to close the box got to shade the box with their color. There were playing the game, practicing their strategies, and having a blast!
I assure you that these dice are used to play math games every single day in every classroom at this school. Your generosity and support is truly appreciated.”
