Our classroom is filled with 4th graders who love to learn. They love to read, write, and love technology. On any given day you can find our scholars reading and writing across many topics, from sports to the American Revolution. In our classroom we believe that reading and writing is the escape from the everyday hardships that some of our students have to live with. As our classroom is in a low-income/high poverty school district our students are faced with challenges in their daily life, but as their teacher I try to make our classroom as bright and happy as I can. I also teach them to use reading and writing to make their lives better in the future. I make sure my students know that there are no limits to their future or their ability. As long as we work together they will be able to make all of their dreams come true.
