  • Hands-On Exploration Stations

    Funded Oct 30, 2023

Thank you for making a project a reality! We are so thankful for your support. For the past 2 days all of the different kits have been coming in. I have begun showing the students the new STEM kits and they are so excited to get to work with them next week.

Today I allowed the students to explore with what has arrived and they were so engaged. I got to see them revise their thinking to make their structures stand. What's even better is that they got build their perseverance skills without getting frustrated to the point of giving up. They were able to do this because the activities were fun and engaging. They had the desire to keep going. Thank you!”

Thank you for the wonderful art supplies. I am beyond grateful for your genoristy. You have provided hours and hours of learning opportunities for us.

We just recieved are supplies yesterday and we are already putting them to work. Our first art project was a polar bear with the Northen Lights behind it. They came out so beautiful. We also worked on a collaborative art puzzle to celebrate Martin Luther King.

Thank you for believing in us and choosing to fun our project out of all of the project posted. My wish is that your kindness is repaid to you in the most perfect way to you need. Maybe one day, one of the lifes you touched with your donation will be able to do something for you.”

  • Watercolor Art

    Funded Apr 21, 2022

I am so humbled by your donation to fund our project! I am well aware that many educators post projects with fingers crossed that theirs will be funded. I am so grateful for your interest and belief in purchasing art supplies for my class!

Since receiving our materials we have created multiple master pieces. My students have had multiple opportunities to paint with watercolors, mix tempera paint to create new colors and then paint, they have used oil pastels to create their rendition of Van Gogh art, and so many other pieces.

Thank you for helping us! I hope life repays you with even more generosity that you have shown us.”

  • Wide Format Monitor to View All Students/Content Material

    Funded Dec 2, 2020

Thank you so much for funding this project. I am so thankful to have an extra large monitor to teach from. My students and I have been doing 100% Virtual Learning since the beginning of the school year. Up until the point I received my large monitor I was constantly straining my eyes to teach from my computer and constantly moving windows and tabs around in order to view my students and the materials. Now with the help of my new monitor I no longer have shift windows around or squint to view my students. Now I am able to view them working and assess their level of enragement with much more ease since they are appear large when in "Gallery View" in Zoom. Constantly monitoring student actions and expressions are key to teaching. It helps me make live adjustments to my teaching when necessary.

Thank you so much for this monitor. It is such an important tool that is used daily during this pandemic.”

  • Chair Organization Sacks

    Funded Oct 23, 2020

Thank you for funding our organization chair sacks project. My students and I have been doing 100% virtual teaching since the beginning of the school year. We have been unable to use the sacks up until this point. However, our school district is preparing for our return under a very strict Hybrid model in the next coming month. I am looking forward to using the sack when we return.

In order to minimize spread between the different cohorts I am planning on assigning a sack to each student. The sack will contain the items they need for the day. At the beginning of the day they will collect their sack and at the end of the day they will remove it from their chair and hang it at the indicated spot. We will repeat this process between cohorts and hopefully minimize spread.

Thank you for funding our project.”

  • 3Doodler Start Half Bundle

    Funded Oct 30, 2020

Thank you for the Doodler Start Half Bundle. My students and I have been doing 100% Virtual Learning since the beginning of the school year due to Covid restrictions. Although they have not had the opportunity to use the pens by themselves we have explored them together virtually. The children have watched me build a 3D tree that stands on its own. We built this tree together virtually during our life science unit.

We are very excited to use them in person. We are still working out the logistics on how this will occur since we continue to be in quarantine. Thank you for believing in us and funding this project.”

  • Books That Teach Us About Loving One Another

    Funded Sep 16, 2020

Thank you for funding our project. The books have been such a blessing. I have read all of the books aloud to my students through 100% Remote Learning. My students are excited to actually get to hold the books and read them for themselves when it is safe enough for our return. Some of the popular titles already have a waitlist all created and initiated by the students themselves.

Thank you for believing in our project and taking time review it and fund it. I am so thankful for your generosity and support.”

  • Culturally Relevant Picture Books That Will Excite Kids

    Funded Jul 6, 2020

The books you funded for us have made such a difference. This year has undoubtedly been one of the most difficult years in quite some time. We have experienced death, civil unrest, a worldwide pandemic, school closures, political divides, massive fires and the list can go on. Emotions are high for all.

With the help of the books you funded I have been able to help my 6 and 7 years old understand how they can show kindness to one another and believe in themselves as being someone who is worth GOLD despite what others may say or want them to believe. We had a specific situation where someone was made to feel bad after another student called that child a name because of the color of her skin. After reading I am A Pretty Little Black Girl, one of the books you funded, this child's face lit up like you wouldn't believe.

You have funded our projects in the past and I so humbled and grateful for your continued support. I hope we can repay your kindness one day.”

  • Wacom Tablet

    Funded Jul 6, 2020

Thank you for funding out project. The Wacom tablet with a screen has been such a blessing. My Wacom tablet is just as essential as having internet service when teaching virtually. I am incredibly thankful and humbled by your kindness. I wish there was a way to thank you personally.

LS, You have funded my projects in the past I am so thankful each time you do. Your donations touch so many lives. I hope we can one day repay your kindness.

Thank you for believing in me and our children. Many blessings to you.”

  • Wacom One Tablet with a Screen

    Funded Jun 25, 2020

Thank you for funding out project. The Wacom tablet with a screen has been such a blessing. With it I am able to write on my screen and have my students view my hand written notes projected on their own device. This tool and it's purpose may seem so minimal and maybe even unimportant but I could not teach remotely without it. My Wacom tablet is just as essential as having internet service when teaching virtually. I am incredibly thankful and humbled by your kindness. I hope we can one day repay your kindness.”

I have the pleasure of looping with my students into 5th grade. This past year, I have worked very hard to assess student reading levels and to provide leveled books to all the students in order to continue to promote growth. All of my students have shown growth in reading and are reading close to grade level or at grade level. Some are even reading at a 6th grade level! I help the students track their growth and set reading goals. This holds them accountable to themselves and motivates them to continue reading. They look forward to our 40 minutes of daily reading time. During this time, they are given free choice in reading as long as they choose a book that is at their independent reading level. In order to continue promoting this love for reading, I need to include new books into my classroom library for the students to read and bins to use for storage. Please help us buy purchasing books for my students to read.
