Small group instruction is essential to an effective classroom. With this whiteboard table, I will not only have a space to give differentiated instruction, but my students will have a space to practice and develop their learning. All students will have small group instruction at this table twice a day--that's 360 times a school year! With this table, students will not need a personal whiteboard for their practice; the table will function as the whiteboard for them! My classroom does not currently have a table for small-group instruction, so not only will the whiteboard top come in handy, the table itself is highly needed. The table will not just be a table, but a space where new learning is experienced.
