The volleyball program here has great pride around the school and community. One thing we are lacking is the spotlight that some of our older and more established schools have in athletics. My plan is to get more exposure for my volleyball players. It is necessary to record our games to help with recruiting and accessibility to college coaches. We have some talented young ladies but not being able to send coaches their video combined with not many coaches coming to our games limits the way they can be exposed. The training bands will be a main source of in season workouts to help with improving their core, strengthening their legs and helping with recovery throughout the season. The knee pads are an essential part of safety for volleyball players as their knees take a beating day in and day out from the volleyball court. Their ability to fall and protect themselves will help their confidence and trust in being able to safely perform every hit in volleyball.
