  • "Popping with Excitement: A Popcorn Machine for Engaging Learning!"

    Funded Feb 4, 2025

Thank you so much for your generous donation and for supporting my classroom! Your kindness and commitment to education make a meaningful difference in the lives of my students. Because of your generosity, we can provide valuable resources and opportunities that enhance their learning experience.

I truly appreciate your support and belief in our classroom’s success. Thank you for being a part of our journey!”

  • Breathe and Reflect: A Mental Wellness Project

    Funded Oct 2, 2024

Thank you for your generosity and support in providing mindfulness materials and books for our classroom. These resources have created an environment that fosters not only academic growth but also emotional well-being and personal development. I am excited to share how these tools are making a lasting impact on our students.

The mindfulness materials have introduced essential life skills such as focus, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. These are skills that students carry beyond the classroom and into their daily lives. For instance, the breathing exercises and reflective activities included in the books have helped students manage stress and approach challenges with a calmer mindset. These moments of mindfulness have improved their ability to focus and engage more deeply with their learning.”

  • E is for Earphones

    Funded Oct 3, 2024

Thank you so much for your generous donation of earphones to my classroom! Your contribution will have a lasting impact on both my students and the learning environment as a whole. I want to take a moment to express my gratitude and share just how significant your donation is to our educational journey.

In today's learning environment, technology plays an essential role in education. Many of our lessons involve digital tools and platforms that allow students to learn at their own pace and engage in interactive, personalized activities. However, in a classroom setting, this often presents challenges, especially when multiple students are working on different tasks at the same time. The addition of earphones is a game-changer in addressing this issue.”

  • Encourage Creativity with Arts & Crafts Supplies

    Funded Jul 22, 2024

I hope this letter finds you well. I want to extend my deepest gratitude for your generous donation to our classroom. Your support has had an incredible impact on both my students and me, and I couldn't be more appreciative.

Thanks to your contribution, we were able to get art supplies which have significantly enriched the learning environment. These tools are not just items in a classroom—they are avenues for exploration, creativity, and growth for each and every student.

Watching my students' faces open the boxes of supplies was a moment I'll never forget. It is because of donors like you who help teachers e to cultivate a space where learning is engaging and exciting.

Your generosity directly empowers these young minds to explore their potential, and it has reinforced my belief in the power of community and giving.

On behalf of my students, thank you for being a vital part of their educational journey. Your support has made a lasting difference in their lives.”

  • Representation Matters in Our School

    Funded Feb 15, 2024

On behalf of my students and myself , we would like to thank you for your generous donation to fund our book project. Differences in socio-economic class, ethnicity, religion, athletic ability, reading level, background, personality, gender, and much more are featured in our diverse school. Literature can help students to be more compassionate, caring citizens. Reading about other cultures and identities can remind students of both similarities and differences in the human experience. No matter who we are, we all have dreams, hopes, and fears—and so can a book's protagonist.

"As teachers, we couldn't do it without donors like you – thank you for believing in our mission and helping us make a positive impact on our students."”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Rouse

  • Back To School Essentials

    Funded Dec 31, 2023

My students and I thank you for the donations to our Back To School Must Haves project. Many days my students are hungry, sometimes in the morning and other times in the afternoon. Hunger is a public health issue that has terrible effects on students' academic and social growth. It disproportionately affects Black, brown, and Native People, as well as rural and immigrant families. A child's academic success is key to their overall well-being. While in school, kids learn not only academic material, but also social skills, knowledge about their health, and other essential life skills. Children gain more control of their futures when they are able to succeed in school. But there are certain factors that may hinder their ability to learn.

Hunger is one of these factors. Thank you for helping us win the war of hunger!”

    With gratitude,

  • Classroom Must Haves

    Funded Sep 20, 2022

My students and I thank you for the donations for our items. Many days my students come to school hungry. Hunger causes a negative impact on learning.

Children with insufficient diets are reported to have more problems with health, academic learning, and psychosocial behavior. Malnutrition can result in long-term neural issues in the brain, which can impact a child's emotional responses, reactions to stress, learning disabilities, and other medical complications. Additionally, studies show that food insecure students are more likely to have lower grade-point averages, graduate late, and/or drop out of school when compared to their food secure peers.

With your donations, I can now supply my students with healthy snacks throughout the day. Thank you again for your gift.”

  • Tools for the New Hybrid Education

    Funded May 4, 2021

Thank you for your great generosity! My students and myself greatly appreciate your donation, and your sacrifice. Technology has struggled to find its way into the classroom in all sorts of ways, from projectors and televisions to computer labs and student laptops. Along with improving the way students are taught, it is also vitally important that students learn to use computers to improve their own work and prepare for careers in a world where computers have become as common as the pencil and paper. Your support helps to further our mission through developing and intergrading technology in our classrooms.

Your support is invaluable to us, thank you again!”
