• Bored? Let's Get Board!

  Thank you for your generous contributions to our project, which has brought new board games into our classroom to support social-emotional learning (SEL). Your kindness has already made a difference, and we're so excited to see how these games will help students grow in their interpersonal skills, teamwork, and empathy. Every piece of this project—from the thoughtful game selections to the excitement of unpacking them—was made possible by your generosity.

  These games aren't just fun; they're tools for teaching vital SEL skills such as cooperation, self-regulation, and conflict resolution. Watching students engage, laugh, and problem-solve together has been incredibly rewarding. The confidence and camaraderie they develop while playing will undoubtedly ripple outward, shaping how they interact with their peers both in and outside the classroom.

• Motivation/Hard Work=Awesome Prizes

  Thank you so much for providing us with these well-deserved prizes for my students. They worked hard to get them! Students were stoked to see all the provided prizes and wanted to try their best. Students are more motivated than ever! They are working hard to earn meaningful prizes that help them stay motivated. Students have also shared with their classmates how they can earn prizes differently and what expectations they need to meet. Thank yo so much for all your generous donations. • Got Headphones? Great Time to Focus!

  Thank you so much for such a generous donation to our classroom. Students have been very excited to be using wireless headphones This year has been challenging because of the deficits in learning, but the headphones have helped us have more personalized learning for each student! Students love that they are able to connect their headphones wirelessly or even with their USB which makes it way easier for them! They are also excited about listening to their favorite books on different websites, listening to math problems closely, and being able to record themselves. Students are always asking if they can use their "cool headphones" that allow them to listen closely to anything they are learning on their computers.

• Book Club Fun

  Thank you so much for our books! The texts that were choosen were to be enjoyed in our classroom when the time allowed for it. We have tried to use them this school year, but because of COVID we've had some limitations. Students have been able to enjoy books by having their teacher, me, read them aloud to them, but they have been so eager to "check them out". We are trying our best so we all get the chance to read them this school year. Thank you for your donations from the bottom of our hearts!”

• Books, Lots of Books!

  Thank you so much for your donations! Our class has been overwhelmed with excitement with our new library books! Students have had the opportunity to put their hands on brand new books that makes them excited to keep reading and to learn more. A lot of the books have been used throughout my lessons in the classroom. We have gone over point of view while explaining the different versions of books that are written. We have also gone over sequence and the basic characters, setting, and theme of books.

  Students love quiet reading time and reading with partners. They look forward to that time of the day! With leveled books, a lot of my students have been able to enjoy actual reading during this time.

• Ready, Headset, Record!

  Thank you so much for our classroom headsets! Students are engaged, energized, and motivated in the classroom. The ability to be able to hear themselves, and have their own headset makes them want to record themselves more each day. These headsets have made a great impact on my classroom across the board. I have my chatty students who are enjoying using them and recording their reading to my little shy ones who are afraid to talk. They are now reading out loud on their headsets and the best part is that they get to hear themselves and others! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to experience education with this set of headsets! Our classroom thanks you!”

• Digital Whiteboards With Styluses

  Thank you so much for the styluses. Students are having a great time using them! They are engaged and focused because they love their tools! We have been using them nonstop since we received them. They have been very careful with the styluses by taking care of them. Students use them to read, working problems on their digital whiteboards and for math activities. The styluses are a great addition in our classroom because many students have a hard time with cleaning their hands and with the stylus their chromebooks are more clean. Thank you again!”
