• Snacks To Go!

  We've been using the snacks and incentives provided through this project to motivate students to complete assignments and participate actively in class. The snacks serve as rewards for achieving goals such as timely assignment completion, positive classroom behavior, and teamwork. For example, we recently used snacks as part of a "best project challenge" where students worked on a class project and voted on who's was the best of the class. This helped boost engagement and create a classroom community for students sharing their work.

  When students first saw the snacks and incentives, their reactions were ecstatic! They immediately understood that the treats were tied to their academic progress and behavior, which made them even more motivated to participate in class. It created a buzz of excitement, and many students expressed how much they appreciated having clear, tangible rewards for their hard work. It was great to see their sense of pride when they earned their incentives!”

• The Charging Place

  I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for your generous donation of chargers for our classroom. Your support plays a crucial role in enhancing our students' learning experience.

  I have named the chargers to ensure that they are returned. This semester, Taylor Charge, Sally Charge, and Nick Charge are part of our classroom. This helps us keep track of them more efficiently and ensure they are always available when needed. This is our running joke this semester and I once in a while ask the students, "WHERE'S NICK?!?".

  We appreciate your generous donations towards providing snacks and blankets for my classroom. Your support has made a significant impact on the well-being and academic success of my students. These essential items help create a comfortable learning environment where students can focus on their work. I had students ask nearly every day asking for snacks. I will need to restock soon!

  But I was glad I had something on hand to give them. I know some students do not like to ask for anything, but they were comfortable enough to ask me for a snack.

• Back to School

  I want to thank everyone who took the time to donate to my classroom. Each year, I try to restock materials needed for the school year. You have helped out my classroom in a tremendous way.

  Now that half the year has flown by, here are some of the ways that we have used the materials in the class. Post-its we use for exit tickets, or when students need any for class notes/reminders, the disinfect wipes allow us to do an easy cleanup, and the presentation clicker comes in handy when students are presenting their ideas. We have not fully used all the materials listed but I have some plans for it in the future. For example, using lunch bags, glue, and washi tape for some Valentine's goodie bag prizes.

• Motivational Snacks and Prizes

  The snacks and prizes have been a hit in my class. Students are more involved and ready to learn when they have prizes involved. We are going to have to restock soon! We've done prizes for best Cyberbully Awareness flyers, a typing competition, content-focused Kahoot winners, and various games within the class.

  Thank you so much for your support and donations to help my students succeed and stay motivated to finish and complete class work. I believe it has had a positive impact on my class and I will continue to use this as a way to create a positive and supportive classroom environment. Thank you for your help in creating it!”

• The Power Behind the Picture

  The new background setup has been a great addition to our class. It came in handy when we had our Sports Media Day and Picture Day. It allows us to have an easy setup and have great pictures for our upcoming yearbook.

  The students looked very professional, and fellow students took them very seriously. The new backgrounds and set up made taking pictures much easier and created such an easy flow for everyone to follow.

• Teachers Helping Teachers

  I am grateful for the generous donations that I have received for my project. Teachers Pay Teachers has been a great resource for introducing new and engaging projects to my students, while also allowing me to support other teachers by purchasing their products.

  Some of the lessons students participated in was a fun bingo activity where they had to get a bingo that match the description on the square. It was great to them them interacting and meeting new people. I am excited to have already implemented some of these projects and look forward to doing more in the future.

• Memories In The Making

  The new camera has been a great addition to my classroom. The students were ecstatic about getting the camera. We were in dire need of an upgraded camera for the yearbook. It takes wonderful pictures. It was perfect for student life pictures, sports, and school events. Any time a student uses the camera, they call it the "boujee camera".

  Also, the microwave is a great addition to allow my students to have a warm lunch anytime they come to my class. It helps with keeping the students fed and happy.

  We will continue to enjoy and treasure this new addition to the yearbook. With your help, we are able to create memories for all students at the school to enjoy and look back on.

• New Year, New Goals

  I would like to start off by thanking you for your generous donations and contributions to my classroom. When I get new things for my classroom, the students feel proud and love coming to class. A lot of the materials are used within the classroom for decors such as bulletin paper and designer letters. It helps my classroom come together.

  My students were excited about the folders, motivational stickers, sharpies, and highlighters. They use their expandable folders to keep track of classwork. Motivational stickers are an incentive when we do class activities or when we play educational games. They just LOVE when they get to go through and pick out a sticker they like. Sharpies and highlighters are used daily depending on what is planned for the day.

  The students in my classroom are seniors and getting ready to graduate. So I am glad they have these little incentives to help keep them motivated to finish strong. Again, we would like to thank you all for your incredible donations in making this possible.”
