Girls on the GO will utilize a fitness and wellness regimen to empower girls and build their sense of mind, body, and souls to be their best possible selves, through exercise and wellness activities. My Vision is to build a world where all girls have a strong sense of self confidence, through nurturing mind, body, and soul. Girls will gain knowledge and a skill set to utilize a healthy lifestyle through fitness and wellness activities. Girls will meet 2X a week for 1 hour- learning and participating in fitness and wellness activities Girls will workout for 30-45 minutes achieving a full body workout- being able to state exercise/body part and mental benefits of each aspect of the workout, as well as reflecting on how it empowers them to become stronger young ladies. Girls will achieve a sense of how setting and achieving goals, working in groups, and putting their physical and mental energy into positive activities increases their internal and external self-esteem Girls will meet twice a week- building their physical stamina as well as participating in social/emotional activities for personal growth.
