This equipment will help start the fitness program at our school. The student's will be learning how to live a healthy lifestyle and the requested items will help jump start the school's first fitness program. Students will be empowered and encouraged to take control of their health and wellness. Students will participate in physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day 3 times a week. This equipment will help them reach this fitness goal. Lessons will incorporate the equipment daily whether it be during warm up activities or during fitness competitions. Students will learn the value of fitness and the role it plays on overall health.

About my class
