I am requesting engaging and high-interest materials for teaching reading intervention. My students need a chance to build life-long reading skills. These resources will allow us, in small groups, to focus on our reading and master the foundational skills necessary to making meaning and comprehend text. The hands-on materials I chose for my students will not only keep them engaged in the learning process, but will instill a LOVE for reading. This project is about helping students become life-long readers, and the carefully chosen intervention materials will help me do just that.
