My gifted and talented students are from rural, low-income communities in Alabama. However, they are bright, energetic, inquisitive, and leaders! They spend the entire day with me every other week. They love to learn about inventors, chess, oceanography, environmental issues, criminology, and Washington, D.C. They work hard and really want to share what they have learned with students and teachers when they return to their school or classroom. They want to make a difference in the world. My students want other kids to love learning as much as they do!
