Empowering Future Engineers: Support Our LEGO Robotics Team!
Funded Oct 10, 2024Thank you so much for making our LEGO Robotics project a reality! The excitement and joy on my students' faces when they first saw the LEGO robotics kits and motors were absolutely priceless. They couldn't wait to start exploring, building, and programming their creations. Your generosity has provided them with hands-on opportunities to apply STEM concepts, collaborate with their peers, and think critically about problem-solving—all while having fun!
Since receiving the materials, we have already completed our first robotics challenge, where students designed and programmed robots to navigate a maze. Watching their determination as they tested and adjusted their designs was truly inspiring. The materials have not only sparked their creativity but also built their confidence as budding engineers and coders. Our next steps include preparing for a local LEGO robotics competition, where students will showcase their skills and teamwork while tackling real-world challenges.
Your support has given my students an unforgettable learning experience and has opened their eyes to the exciting possibilities of STEM careers. Thank you for believing in them and helping us build a foundation for future innovators.”
With gratitude,
Ms. A.
Supplies Needed
Funded Nov 11, 2023I am so excited to see that this project has funded. I can't wait to go to school on Monday and let the kiddos know they can now choose their seating in Kindergarten. The support of the DonorsChoose community is overwhelming and I feel so blessed to know so many people that value public education as much as you do. Thank you again for allowing me to provide these materials for my children. The need of developmental play is so great and this project will certainly help with that need.”

Funded Oct 11, 2021This has been a great help to our small group time. Students are able to listen and respond to prompts on their computer program. My English Language Learners are able to say words and hear what they sound like while reading. Using the mice to click and drag has helped with testing and I am sure we will see a difference in their testing. With this new technology students are enjoying our technology time so much more. It has been a big help for all my students but especially with my English Language Learners.”
