• Tadpole to Frog!

  Thank you SO very much for funding my "Tadpole to Frog" project.

  The tadpoles arrived today and you cannot imagine the excitement and squeals of joy! My students couldn't wait to hold the individual bags and watch the tadpoles swim around!

  These class sets will avail my students the opportunity to watch the transformation from a teeny tadpole/pollywog to a frog and it is going to be priceless!

  Kids learn best by doing, watching, and observing.

  Thank you for this once in a lifetime fantastic experience for my kiddos that they will remember forever!”

  Organized Literacy Centers!

  Thank you so very much for funding my "Organized Literacy Centers" project.

  These storage carts will be so helpful to have organized literacy centers for differentiated activities to meet all of my students' academic needs.

  The storage book bins will let me organize my leveled readers so that I can easily find the correct book for each student's level. It also helps my students know where to look for a "just right" book on their level and READ!

  Being able to create differentiated centers would also give my students independence and teach responsibility in knowing where to go to get work to do with their small group.

  I teach in a Title 1 school where the population consists a low income families. Most cannot afford books or even school supplies their their children.

  I explained the reading rewards to my students and they are SO excited. I want my students to earn books. I want my students to READ!

  My students can watch a teeny caterpillar eat and grow and turn into a chrysalis. THEN...watch the butterflies emerge from the chrysalis. What am amazing experience!
