By having the option for flexible seating in our classroom, all students will have the opportunity to be at their best. When I asked my students about their learning, they told me that they want to be able to move and learn. I have come to realize that they know what is best for their learning, and i want to be able to provide them with that opportunity. Students learn the best when they feel most comfortable, confident, and valued. By allowing my students to have a say in their learning, they know that I care about their learning and want them to succeed. With my students in the drivers seat of the classroom, they are realizing that their education is the most important thing in their life.
