• Organizing Our New Classroom

  Thank you so much for your generous donation that allowed us to organize our new classroom space. Students returned to school this past week and it was nice to have an organized and welcoming space for them.

  My favorite item was the laminating sheets! I was able to help create a sound wall for the students in our kindergarten through second grade learning support group.

• Welcoming Students

  Thank you for helping to create a welcoming space for my students. I was able to create a fun welcome bulletin board with the new border and board set we received. The first week of school was a busy week and I forgot to take a picture of the finished product but didn't want to go any longer without thanking you.

  I am excited for what the new school year brings and thank you again for helping make the first week such a success! The students love our new classroom and I am happy to be able to give them a new welcoming space.”

• Sensory Storage

  Thank you so much for helping to create our sensory bins! I am so excited to have these available to our students next year. Our paraprofessionals got the bins all ready to go and be are excitedly waiting fo our new school year. These will be used for our special education students in various grades from Kindergarten through fifth grade.

  I can't express enough how much I appreciate your support. We would not be able to provide our students with all of these amazing things without the support of amazing donors like you!

• Splash into Learning Fun

  Thank you so much for your generous donations to our students. They get so excited when we receive deliveries, almost as excited as me! This was an especially fun delivery because they quickly realized it was all games and who doesn't love to play games?

  The students are loving the games and request to play almost every day. I love them because there are a ton of different topics so different students can play games that fit their needs. This games are amazing and I can't wait for the students next year to get to use and love them too!”

• Organizing is Key

  Thank you so much for your generous donation. It is often difficult to keep students organized. Since I teach students with special education needs, we definitely need ways to stay organized to the best of our ability!

  I appreciate all our amazing supporters. Without your help, it would be a struggle to do everything we are able to do. The students get so excited when a box arrives and they get to see what items have arrived. Our clipboards have been a hit and the journals are getting a lot of use.”

• Flexible Seating Options

  Thank. you so much for your generous donation. As a special education teacher, I am always looking for new ways to help the students do their best in class. Many students struggle with sitting in a regular class for hours a day. Flexible seating options give students an opportunity to take a movement break, move around and refocus on their class work. The students were so excited to see the new seating choices. They have only had them a few days but already are excited when they get to used them.

• Printing our Amazing Papers

  Thank you so much for your generous donation to our students. I teach a wide range of ages, but they all are excited to learn and proud of their work. Your donation has allowed me to print out work for the younger students and allows the older students to complete assignments and print them so that we can display them in the class.

  This week was report card conferences and I heard so many students bragging about their work that was on display and taking their parents to see what they had done. Thank you for giving them that opportunity.”

• Rewarding Students

  Thank you so much for your generous donation. Our students have a new positive behavior system and they have been doing a great job but it is difficult to keep providing incentives that are not too expensive. Although some students love to spend time eating lunch with the teacher or getting free time on the computer, many are so excited to be able to pick a prize for their hard work. Student are excited every week for prize day and have really enjoyed having some new and fun prizes to pick from.

• Family Fun for Amazing Students

  Thank you so much for you generous donation. I was able to give a board game to each student in the special education classes for them to share with their families and siblings. WE had a few games left over that we are able to use in class on special occasions to build peer relationships.

  I am so happy to be able to give my students the opportunity to create fun family memories at home and work on their peer relationships in school. Relationships are sometimes ever more than the academics and this definitely helped with our community building.

• Making Money Count

  Thank you so much for your generous donation. I went back to school this week and set up my classroom. Students are coming on the 29th and are going to be so excited to see our new room and all our new supplies.

  Our school could not do everything we do without the support of our amazing donors. We are a title one school so we rely on our donors and we are so lucky.
