The headphones and ipad charging cart will allow our students to access learning programs quickly and efficiently. Having headphones that are compatible with ipads and contain microphones allow students to record readings, communicate with various apps, access cross classroom learning and blended learning within various programs. A charging cart will allow all our ipads to be charged at the same time, reduce the amount of ipads and cords we have around the classroom, and allow us to safely transport them from each location our special education students access. Our classroom is not currently able to support the technological needs for optimal learning of our students and by receiving this grant it helps close that gap a little more.
