The technology and supplies I am requesting will provide my students with the opportunity to collect data from a wide variety of sources and display the findings. I selected the the TI-30 XS Multiview calculator because of affordable price and the table function capability it provides. The calculator is also capable of multiple other functions to help out during the year including fractions, logarithms, exponents, multi-variable statistical analysis, and trigonometric functions. The graph paper and 1st Quadrant and Accentuated XY Axis graph stickers are necessary to provide my students with the ability to place graphs directly into their own notes, homework assignments, and projects. One common weakness of my students is the organization of complex tasks. Many of the problems in my Algebra 2 class require many steps, tables, and graphs to solve complex problems.
