  • New Rug Needed

    Thank you all so much for your generous donations! My children love having a clean and inviting space to learn during the day. Due to your donations the kids do not have to sit at desks all day during learning. The kids can sit on the rug next to peers where they learn how to engage with peers in conversations and learn cooperatively. The children sit on the rug for about 3 hours a day.

    The children were so excited and surprised to see the new rug! They couldn't wait to touch it. And said it made the room look more beautiful. It was bright, clean and inviting. Children love to lie on the rug and read books with peers and and are really enjoying having a space to stretch out.

    The students are all really enjoying school and are learning a ton as the days roll by. Thank you for being an instrumental part of making these young children enjoy learning!”

  • Help The Children Become Excited Readers!

    I just wanted to reach out to all the kind and caring people on this site that made my project possible. I am filled with so much appreciation. My students will be so excited to have new bean bags and their own books to practice reading. Can't wait for everything to get here so I can take pictures to share with all of you of the kiddos enjoying their items.”

The seating that I requested would give my students a new more comfortable place to relax and enjoy a book. There is a shortage of wanted to get more beanbags for them to start working on their reading skills. The leveled readers are so that the children can have their own copies of independent readers so they can work on their own. It is hard to share books and work on skills and not fool around while sharing books. These children don't ask for much but I want to give them the world. Please help our class develop a love for reading.

About my class
