This project has helped support my students in several ways. First, I was able to get supplies for students who don't have their own - colored pencils, laptop chargers, spiral notebooks, etc. That has helped create more equity in the classroom.

Another way that this has helped is with supplies for classroom projects. The Post-It poster flipcharts are a great way for students to work together and then present their ideas to the class in a less formal and time-consuming than a Google slides show or presentation.

Lastly, the games were a neat addition to change the pace and can be used, especially during half-days, modified schedule days, etc. The first time I had "game day" I arranged for different game stations. As students learn more and more about the world as they study world geography, they're going to get better and better at the games. They had a lot of fun playing them the first time, and with more background knowledge being built, it can only get better.”
