Help me give my students an iPad with keyboard for SEL instruction on the go because a lot of our SEL curriculum and resources are online. This project will help make my school counseling program more assessible.

Science Lab Safety Equipment

I was so excited to hear that my project was funded. Thank you so much for your generosity. Your gift will benefit at least 400 students in my school. My school's budget had been cut so I would have had to hold off on ordering safety equipment and use the goggles that were in very poor condition. Thank you again for your generosity. I am looking forward to starting the new school year with the new safety equipment”

The use of the Big Joe Plush chairs will provide my students with soft place to sit and deescalate when they need a moment to calm down and regroup. Returning back to school during the ongoing battle with COVID 19 has been a rough transition for many students. I would like to make sure that I can create a warm, inviting, and serene space that promotes self regulation and a positive mindset. Students who are in crisis also benefit from using Lego blocks as well other hands on materials to help them deescalate.
