• Read Alouds for Days!

• Comfy Seating for Great Learning

  Thank you so much for your generous donations to my classroom. This year has thrown many challenges at us but we continue to face each one head on because of people like you who reach out and support teachers. With the current mitigations that are in place, we have unfortunately not been able to use our amazing new seating choices. I am hopeful that things will get better and I will be able to put these great seats into action next year. My plan is to have students use these at either the reading center and writing center so students will have a different seating option to use. Thank you again for continuing to support my classroom!”

• Write and Write Some More!

  Thank you so much for supporting my classroom! Your donations have helped my class gain a very useful tool to use in a very challenging year. Each student has been able to have their own personal white board to use daily. We use them during our reading and math time to practice writing and solving math problems.

  In a year that has had many changes it is nice to be able to provide my students with materials they can use to be successful in school. I am looking forward to using these whiteboards for many years to come!”

• Chair Pouches for Student Storage

  Thank you so much for your generous donations! Because of you I was able to get some much needed storage for my classroom. My students were very surprised when they came in one morning and saw the chair pouches! A lot of them wanted to know right away what they were for.

  I have a small room and very little space to organize items. The chair pouches have allowed my students a place to keep their papers that need to go home as well as a place to store their pencil boxes at the end of they day so our tables can be cleaned well! Thank you for allowing me to keep my room organized!”

• Organization in Kindergarten!

  The book bins and bookshelf have been a great addition to my classroom! I have been able to organize my classroom library to fit the needs of my classroom. Starting in a new grade level has been very exciting and challenging at the same time. Every little bit of support helps!

  My students were so excited as I was slowly getting our class library organized! Each day they would come in and comment that things were different. They have loved having books easily accessible to them each day.

  I'm looking forward to continuing to grow in my new classroom environment and creating new projects for my wonderful students to enjoy!”

• IPads For Growing Minds

  Thank you so much for helping my class get a set of iPads! They have been a wonderful addition to my classroom. My students love using them and look forward to any activity with them. I have been able to incorporate them into my reading and math instruction. Students are able to read and listen to stories with them and also use them to build their math skills. We've also been able to build their social skills by having them work on review games with partners. The iPads have been wonderful to have and I look forward to using them for many years to come.”

• Listening Center for Second Grade Book Worms!

  Thank you so much for your generous donations for my listening center in my classroom! This has quickly become a favorite in my room. We have incorporated it into our small group rotations that we do in the morning. It takes the place of 'read to self' every other day so that students get a chance to listen to others read.

  Each day I have multiple students come in and ask if they get to use the listening center. They love being able to read with their friends in their group as well as books they wouldn't normally be able to read on their own.

  I'm excited to continue to use this listening center in the coming years! Thank you again!”

• Hokki Stools for Active Learners

  Thank you again for donating to my project!! The Hokki stools have been a great addition to my classroom and my students love them! All of my students thought the stools were really cool when they saw them and kept asking when they would get to use them.

  Since the year is just beginning we haven't gotten into the small group rotations as much yet so I've allowed my students to take turns using the stools at their desks so they can enjoy using them while we get our groups set up. Every one of my students have loved using them. It was really fun to watch them try them out while they worked. I would walk around and see half their body wiggling around while the rest was busy working away on their assignments! They have definitely been a hit in my classroom and everyone has really enjoyed them, even other teachers have stopped by to try them out!

  Within the next couple weeks we will have our small groups up and running so the stools will get a lot of use very soon! I am so excited to see how these stools will change how smoothly our small group time goes.”
