  • Student Photographers Need Professional Lenses

I can’t wait to tell the students about this new piece of equipment. The first day of school is Aug 19 and I plan on telling them then. In the past, our Publication Design students have had a hard time getting quality photos at school sporting events and other events in which a telephoto lens is required. This is partially due to dated equipment. A high-quality lens would vastly improve our photography, which is featured in the school yearbook, newspaper, and literary journal. The Canon EF telephoto zoom lens will help my students capture far-off action of fast-paced sports or zoom in for intimate portrait shots. This lens is a priority for many amateur and professional photographers. Help my students have access to professional equipment and help make our school publications shining examples of student learning.

About my class
