    I want to take the time to thank you for your generous donations. We used your donations to purchase three iPads, three cases, and screen protectors for each. Thanks to your wonderful donations our technology center is finally complete! Having a technology center has really has added a multifaceted component to our daily activities.

    Everyday my kids are excited to use the iPads during centers! They are making great progress with letter recognition, practicing their phonics, but their favorite part is playing the educational games! We are grateful for our wonderful new technology center!”

My classroom already has a technology center.. We are just missing the technology part! The students will get to practice daily lessons, work on independent reading, practice their phonics and letter recognition as well as play with educational apps. They will rotate daily so every single student will be using these iPads. The children will be so excited to be using the iPads, they won't even notice they are working. We can also use our iPads for our listening center, where students can listen to an audio book being read to them, while they follow along with the words. The apps that are available on the iPad are wonderful, and my students would really benefit from them. They will also keep this teacher happy, because her students will be working quietly in their center.
