  • Blooming Artists!

    Thank you so much for helping my students bloom with creativity! It has been a complete joy to see their personalities emerge through their artwork. Giving each child thr supplies they need to explore their own creativity has been a real gift. My students and I explore, color, texture, patterns and so much more. The children are 4 and 5 years old and have some difficulty expressing themselves orally or in written language. Putting color to paper has allowed the children to present their thoughts, ideas and feelings. Thank you so much for doing this for my kids.”

  • Making Cents of Money

    We were so thrilled to receive "Making Cents for Money". My students were so excited to see the packages. It was like Christmas morning! My students will now have the opportunity to experience hands on activities that will enrich their learning and provide real world experience that they will be able to use in their everyday lives. The students will also have the opportunity to work cooperatively in groups. They will learn the importance of working together, team building and problem solving while working towards an end goal.   • Reading Independently is Epic!

    Thank you so much for supporting my students with much needed technology. The children were so excited to receive such a generous gift. The ipads are opening doors to new adventures. The students are able to access much needed math websites such as Math Splash, and reading supports like ABC Mouse and Starfall. My students would not otherwise have access to these online educational, learning tools. These iPads have made learning fun for our kids. Thank you again for your generous support.”

My students have many different strengths and weaknesses. The reading independent reading levels of my students range from pre-kindergarten to second grade. No matter where they are, we expect them to make progress and improve their reading skills. One way that we help the students is by having them read text on their level daily. Our school has access to many online book collections but we don't have enough devices for all children to access them every day. The addition of 4 new IPads would mean that more of my students will have time to read and listen to stories on their independent reading level and higher. Hearing stories being read fluently and reading along will help the children broaden their vocabulary and become better readers.
