Word Detectives
Funded Sep 19, 2024Thank you so much for supporting our students! I am excited to get these dictionaries into their hands. Letting them explore and start discovering new words and how to use a dictionary. I know the impact of having dictionaries will be a world of words for our students, so thank you again.”

This classroom project was brought to life by Superintendent Elsie Arntzen and the Montana OPI.Can You Breakout?
Funded Feb 27, 2018Thank you! What a great day. I can't wait to share this wonderful news with my class. Because of your generosity we will be able to do are first breakout in March. We have been learning fractions and will use the breakout kit as a review to see how they can apply their new skills.
As an added bonus both of my teaching partners want to try this in their classroom using our new kit, impacting 50 more kids.”

New, New, New
Funded Sep 18, 2017Walking into my classroom the first day I could hear " wow this is so cool," "do we get to use these," "I like that seat." The students were so engaged and excited about being a part of this classroom. I knew that after that I needed everyone to have a special seat.
We now, thanks to you, have enough flexible seating for every child in my room to have an opportunity to use a more comfortable, engaging seat. I love having other classes come in and work with my students. Their expressions and overall joy of using the seats makes me know this is the right fit for my new classroom, new school, and new students.
Thank you for being a part of this adventure with me.”

Seat, Seat, Sit
Funded Feb 24, 2017Thank you! The kids excitement has been beyond what I could have imagined. When I first told them what we were getting they could not stop asking questions. Thank goodness we received are new seats within days. The first couple of days we had to switch seats a couple times a day to let everyone try out all the new options. Then they got to pick their 2 favorite seats.
I have loved listening to the kids and the things they have said about their new seats. They help each other out and tell each other, "You shouldn't bounce so high" or "That's not a smart choice." They have shown a lot of responsibility.
Thank you again for giving my students this year and for years to come the opportunity to have choices and movement in their day. We truly appreciate your support and generosity!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Truscott
