The students will increase their critical thinking and social skills through the use of interactive games. As social media threatens to take away the art of actually communicating with one another, the use of games will allow students to build valuable social skills through interaction and waiting their turn. Games reinforce critical thinking skills and allow the students to experience learning in a nontraditional way. As more and more testing demands are being placed upon students, the students need an opportunity to learn skills outside of paper and pencil. Playing games allows students to learn from each other and build valuable life skills.
