Colorful Carpet for Kids!

Thank you so much for your generous donations. I am so grateful for your support of my classroom. The classroom rug has been an amazing addition to my classroom. Each student has their own square, which has been great not only for classroom management but helping the students learn their colors as well!
We use the rug everyday, actually the majority of our day is spent on this wonderful rug! The students love the bright colors and enjoy having their own space to do their work while on the rug. We read books, do math, write, and do our morning routine all from our new rug.
This rug has been a great addition to my classroom and I am so grateful to everyone of you that has made it possible!”

A carpet with 30 squares will give each child their own personal space. The five color-coded rows will make it incredibly easy to divide the class into small groups for centers, prepare for dismissal and much more. Currently, my students are having difficulty with personal boundaries and creating a spot for themselves that is not too close to their classmates. In order for students to focus on learning they need to have a defined space that a color-coded carpet with rows will provide. This will help all students to stay on-task and be able to work collaboratively while reading, writing and completing math work.
