No More Raggedy Mats

The first time my students saw the new sleeping mats, they were elated! One of the students said, "We can sleep nice now!" The mats have made Quiet Time truly quiet -- the kids no longer fidget as much as they did with the old, raggedy mats, and the inner sponges are not being tossed around the room. Their nap time is much more quiet nowadays.

I truly appreciate the great gesture that was shown to my students and me by replacing the old, raggedy mats with these new, wonderfully soft mats. The students' parents were also happy to see the new mats and told me that they appreciated my efforts to reach out to Donors Choose and have the opportunity to replace the old, raggedy mats with new ones.

I am so grateful to the donors who chose to fulfill my project and wishes for this school year. There are not enough words to explain how appreciative I am for myself and my students. These new mats will not only be used for this current class, but for many years to come.”
