The Chromebooks that I am requesting are to help motivate and empower my students to use technology to succeed in third grade. Currently we need to rotate Chromebooks because I have 16 students and 10 Chromebooks. If I were to obtain 6 more, each student could have one he/she could call his/her own for the rest of the school year. Students use Chromebooks in my classroom daily for research and online educational sites. Next month, we will be doing a City of Warwick Community Project where students will work at school and home to research all the the history and great things that our city has to offer. If I could obtain these additional Chromebooks, students could take them home to involve their parents. Most my students don't have a computer at home. I believe that each student having his/her own Chromebook to use would empower him/her to succeed even more this year. Thank you for your consideration!
