My students need eight tri-folds and four sets of stencils for FIRST Lego League Tournaments. Our students all participate in FIRST Lego League. The mission of FIRST is to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders, by engaging them in exciting Mentor-based programs that build science, engineering, and technology skills, that inspire innovation, and that foster well-rounded life capabilities including self-confidence, communication, and leadership. In FIRST Lego League they have to give a total of 3 separate presentations. Their presentations are organized on a tri-fold board so that students can systematically demonstrate to the judges the research and solution they have developed. Please see picture above to see an example of one of our tri-fold boards.
