My students have been working hard all year preparing for the state mandated English proficiency exam. Many of my students have never seen downtown and are recent immigrants to the USA. I want to show them Chicago after their test. My students will visit the Shedd Aquarium and see the aquatic show as well as have time downtown for lunch. My students will learn about the city they live in as well as experience a fun trip to celebrate all their efforts. My students will now be able to tell their parents and younger siblings about Chicago, since many of them have not explored it yet!
