Making students comfortable in the classroom helps them learn. Bean bags and wobble stools will help my wiggly kiddos stay engaged without distracting the other students. An organized environment helps organize the mind. By adding bookshelves and storage bins for curriculum, games and activities, students will be less distracted and more focused on their work. With many different grade levels and subjects happening in my room, being flexible is key. By allowing students the flexibility to move and work in various places they will be more able to focus on themselves and what they need to accomplish to be successful.
