These products were such a blessing to the classroom. I was able to display the posters and allow students to see up close and personal the different parts of the body. Being that I teach personal fitness, it was even more important for the students to know where their nutrition would be going. The students enjoyed the small model of the inside of the body (organs). They could see up close what makes the body so important. Our school is so thankful that we have supporters who understand that we need help at times, and are willing to do just that. We can't thank you enough for your support!”

Reading is something these children have missed out on. Students have intensive reading courses and they currently struggle with paying attention and other distractions. This technology will increase there desire to engage with literature. There has been proof shown that students who use tablets in the classroom score better in literacy tests than those who don’t. For parents and educators, higher test scores are enough of a result to turn heads. According to recent searches, it was stated that Apple ramped up its educational efforts and expanded, teaming up with publishing giants McGraw-Hill, Pearson and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt to offer interactive textbooks. This access will allow our students to connect with a variety of literary masterpieces and blossom without bounds. These students will utilize these tablets on a daily basis in their intensive reading courses. Your donation will make an incredible impact on the young people within an atmosphere where their chances of learning are already hindered. Be the difference in a child's life and know that appreciation will be more than you could even imagine. They will utilize these tablets daily which will increase their reading levels. Help them experience something they might not otherwise have throughout their time in the alternative school.
