I currently have a total of 40 students, but share half of them with a colleague. They are in a Bilingual Dual Language Program, therefore, I have 1/2 of them for one week and the other half the next week. I teach them all all content only Spanish. The majority of my students are Hispanic students whom come from low social economic status. Some of them are dominant Spanish speakers, some are dominant English speakers and some are truly Bilingual. They have been in a Dual Language Program since Kindergarten and are achieving to be Bilingual and Biliterate.
