My students have been working on a NonFiction unit. They are very excited to learn and teach about new topics. As the unit continues my students are running out of Non Fiction materials to study from. Time for Kids will be used to teach Main Idea and Key Details, Text Structure and will be used to make test prep fun! Time for Kids already has a special place in my classroom. We have used some online examples to work from. My students have written persuasive speeches on trying to get them into our room. This resource will be a huge help in supporting their learning.
