My students will use the Kindle Fires to gain greater access to great books. Using the Kindle Fires, I can differentiate reading for my students using the Reading Eggs app. I am also excited by the fact that my students can quickly and easily learn new vocabulary words. My students will be able to increase their math skills by accessing ST Math. ST math will help them grow their problems solving skills. My students are familiar with all of these sites, and use them to a limited extent because we do not have enough computer access. The Kindle Fire Tablets will give my students 6 more opportunities to use technology to enhance their learning. Donations to this project will improve my classroom by providing more technology for my students. They will be able to use the Kindle Fires to increase their educational opportunities in many ways. They will be able to use them for reading, math and foreign language development.
