  • Headphones and Learning, Oh My!

    I wanted to take the time to share my gratitude for your donations. My students use their computers on a daily basis and having headphones has allowed them to hear and understand what is happening. My students were so excited to get the headphones and were now able to do the work without struggling to hear. The gummy bears and pom poms were also a big help as we used them in a science lesson and as incentives. I continually caught my students saying thank you every time they put the headphones on.”

  • A Love of Literacy

    Thank you so much! My students love their books and the new library. They used the new library to help them read new books on ocean animals. They created these ocean projects after reading the new books. My students were also able to grow their skills and their love of reading. They were also able to grow socially by learning to share and help support their friends. Each student was able to grow in their reading and make great improvements in their reading goals for the year. The leveled books and bins will also help to ensure books are accessible to all students at varying reading levels.
