The requested materials will provide students who learn in ways different from traditional learning another vehicle for learning. My students are in love with all things technological. Learning styles should now include computer gaming learning. The learning will be hands-on and self-directed which is important when developing independence and intrinsic motivation. The technology is different from what students have been exposed to and the different interactive games will allow for exposure to different places unlike their community and provide real-world simulations that build necessary math skills. The engaging quality of the Osmo system is sure to spark excitement in students and motivate the students to learn more.
