• Ink Helps us Think

  Having colored ink has made a tremendous difference in the everyday lives of my students. Students have daily access to materials in color and are better able to grasp new learning with colorful visuals. Students have new folders and keep their color printouts to refer to. Students are always excited when they receive materials in color. It has brightened up our classroom tremendously. We all agree that life and learning is better in color! Thank you again for your generous contribution that led to better learning for students, and better teaching for me.”

• Camp Read A Lot!

  Thank you for contributing to my project. Our Reading Day was a blast! The decorations and materials that I accessed through the funded project lead to an over-the-top fun day at our school. Students and staff had a once in a lifetime experience at school participating in "Camp Read-Alot." The materials helped staff members design an action-packed day. The memories will undoubtedly last a lifetime. Most importantly, our message that reading books can take you places certainly resonated with our children.”

My English Language Learners are better able to comprehend content and participate in lessons since obtaining materials in color. The materials have helped them reach their maximum academic potential and gain more confidence in our group.

  My students look forward to receiving resources in color each day. Prior to this project, everything was in black and white. I look forward to continuing to provide students with colorful and enriching materials.”

• Magic Carpet Ride

  I have seen my students progress in their engagement in content lessons thanks to our beautiful green carpet. My English Language Learners, in particular, enjoy sitting on it during whole group instruction, small group instruction, buddy reading, and independent reading. Having this spacious carpet has helped my students reach their maximum academic potential and gain more confidence in our group.

  My students look forward to using the carpet daily. Some find tranquility in the coziness of it. I witness students become more comfortable in our learning environment.”
