• Kid-Centered Classroom Supplies

  Thank you to the state department of education for providing funds for classroom needs across the state. The materials that I was able to purchase from this grant have been a tremendous asset to my classroom.

  My students have been able to have centers materials printed in color ink which makes them more engaging for my first grade students. The teacher table materials have allowed me to create some fun games that make learning literacy and math skills so much for fun and engaging. The surf desk chair holders have been so very nice to organize our surf desks. Now they stack nice and neat and are easily accessible for my students.”

  Thank you so much for providing gift certificates for digital activities for my first graders. These activities have been so helpful. They have allowed my first graders to learn and practice new skills in a format that they truly enjoy.

• Flexible Seating in the World of FIRSTIES

  Thank you so much for helping to fund this grant. My students absolutely love the surf desks. We have used them during whole group teaching, as well as during our center rotations. The students love that they are mobile and enjoy when we can take them outside to complete an activity. They have been a wonderful addition to my classroom to give students options for seating.

  The kick bands that were purchased for all of my student desks have made a tremendous difference in allowing my students to have movement while they are seated. This has helped so much by allowing students to focus on the assignment or skill being taught.
