The double sided lined and plain magnetic dry erase boards will be used everyday in my classroom. My students will use the lined side of the white boards to practice spelling words, boost sentence writing, and improve handwriting as they are working. The students will use the plain magnetic side of the white board to practice math concepts daily. They will have plenty of space to practice math strategies for adding and subtracting numbers, represent numbers using base ten models, and compare numbers using symbols. The magnetic board will be great for the students to make arrays with magnetic counters and represent numbers using magnetic base ten blocks.
